The Victorious Network is one of the pioneers of web-based Christian ministry and exists to further the Gospel of Jesus Christ around the world. Founded in 1995 as an extension of the ministry of Dr. Dale A. Robbins, the network continues to provide free Chrstian study resources, as well as a prayer center and ministry placement service for churches and clergy.

Dale A. Robbins is the founder and president of Victorious Christian Ministries, and has served as a pastor, teacher and evangelist for over thirty years. He has written numerous Christian books and articles, and is the author of the book, What People Ask About The Church. He 
earned his Doctorate from American Christian College and Seminary of Oklahoma City, OK. Robbins is a pioneer of internet ministries, and for many years was a producer of widely-seen Christian television programs in the Northern California area. He is listed in past editions of Who's Who in Religion. He and his wife, Jerri, an accomplished Gospel singer, are frequently featured on nationwide TV broadcasts. Together, they have ministered in scores of cities and churches across America. He currently conducts Bible-based conferences and seminars in various U.S. locations.
